 Terms and conditions

1. Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods or by the notification of delivery. The order confirmation will be sent on the same or next business day.

2. Delivery
Information about the delivery times are not binding. We strive very hard to meet delivery deadlines. A liability for a delay in delivery is excluded. If a particular item is no longer available, we are entitled to dissolve from the contractual obligation to delivery. Of course, you will get back any prepayments made.

3. Delivery time
The delivery is made in the fastest way to the delivery address you specified. Normally, your order will be processed and shipped within one working day. Should there be a significant deviation for various reasons, this is indicated in the order confirmation. The same conditions apply to online transmission.

4. Prices
For shipping within Germany, the VAT of currently 19% applies. When shipping to an EU country to private individuals, the VAT of the respective country applies. Intra-community orders from companies with a VAT ID are accepted. The prices refer to the respective articles as described. The prices are valid at the time of the order. Errors are reserved.

5. Shipping
For electronically transmitted software products there are no shipping costs.

6. Retention of title
All delivered goods remain the property of AJ-Systems.de, Inh. Armin Jost until complete payment of the invoice amount including all ancillary costs.

7. Payment methods
We accept as payment methods prepayment and Paypal.
Prepayment:
Please note that your goods will be shipped only when we have received the invoice amount. Please transfer always in Euro.
Payment via Paypal:
The order process is completed with the transmission of the purchase price to our Paypal account. The delivery will be sent to the delivery address deposited with Paypal. Please always pay in Euros.

8. Cancellation
A return (return or exchange) to which no legal and / or no agreed legal claim exists is excluded. No unfree returns will be accepted. For shipped software products, only the return of the unopened software product is accepted. The burden of proof lies with the buyer. A return of online submitted licenses is not possible. Before the customer carries out his right of return, he should present this in writing, in order to coordinate the further course of action and to enable a swift implementation of the return.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. If you can not give us back the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value. End of revocation.

9. Warranty
The customer has to remedy a defect in the purchased goods during the statutory limitation period for claims for defects, the choice between the statutory claims for repair (removal of defects) or delivery of a defect-free thing.

10. Privacy policy
We process your data for order processing and maintenance of ongoing customer relationships.

11. Final provisions
Should individual clauses of the terms and conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Otherwise the statutory provisions apply. Only German law is applicable to this contract, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods - CISG.
